We are happy to present the following particularly exquisit and delicious specialities:

Galloway Gourmet Beef - from Hallenbarter’s Galloway Cattle Breeding (see picture in the top left-hand corner)

Galloway Beef is healthy meat: The comparatively high proportions of nutritionally valuable unsaturated fatty acids make Galloway meat a healthy and easily digestible food that is comparable to the healthy effects of fish, game, and pasture lambs.

A strict renunciation of feed supplements such as animal protein, antibiotics, and growth hormones make Galloway Beef a top quality food.

Flammeküeche - a typical Alsatian speciality (see picture at the top of the page in the centre)

We prepare the typical Alsatian Flammeküeche in the classical way with cream, bacon, and onions or with cheese, mushrooms, garlic, salmon or as a dessert with apples and banana.

Baeckehoffe - savoury Alsatian meal (see picture in the top right-hand corner)

Formerly a meal for poor people for the preparation of which three sorts of meat and potatoes were stewed in wine. On washday, the housewives took their pots to the baker's for stewing and picked them up again after three hours.
